Has anyone joined or tried any of the programs that Beachbody has to offer? There are many workout programs that are made for all ages and body types. They also offer products other than just workout programs. They offer vitamins, meal replacemnet shakes called Shakeology and other similar products.
I recently joined Beachbody to be an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and I am starting a challenge group next month with a program called 21 Day Fix. I bought the 30 day shakeology and the 21 Day Fix program together in a challenge pack and it was only an extra $10 above the regular Shakeology cost which was a bonus. This challenge pack is only available for another 22 hours though. The March promo deal is called Les Mills Combat. I am going to be ordering it pretty soon as well and will try it after my 21 Day Fix prgram is over.
The 21 Day Fix is pretty neat because it comes with several containers and each container shows you how to use portion control. I think that's one of my biggest flaws is my portion control. I am hoping that his program will show me the light and help me change my eating habits.
I have had back problems for over the last year and I just had surgery on my back 2 months ago. I am feeling much better now, but I gained a lot of weight due to this and I am trying to loose it now that I am feeling a little bit better. It's time for me to get back to where I was before the injury and I cannot wait to loose the weight.
