Sirius XM rate game playing advice, please

Just got my Sirius XM renewal notice in the mail...$164 PLUS $21 as a 'Music Royalty Fee' (isn't that like Starbucks charging a 'coffee bean fee' on top of a $4 latte?).

I know that the Sirius XM renewal is a silly little game; I was just wondering what others are currently paying and will I need to let it lapse to get the best price.
