99 Sonata OEM speaker amps removal question

ok I have a 99 sonata GLS and it has the 6 speaker system from factory, it sounded great till the speakers started to blow one by one. I replaced the front door speakers with decent aftermarkets and replaced the head unit with an aftermarket.

Now here is the problem....

I notice at times the front speakers will cut out at a certain volume, like as if the factory amps cant handle the power or something. Has anyone tried removing those amps and wiring directly to the speakers allowing the stereo to straight power the speakers like a normal vehicle, they are causing problems if i try and turn up the radio loud. I have yet to replace the rear deck speakers because i dont feel like it, only one works, the other is blown. I currently have 2 x 12's installed so i have the head unit set with a high pass filter to allow only the highs to the reg speakers.

BTW i looked at the factory amps and they have like 8 wires on them and im not sure which would be - or + for the speakers.

Thanks for any help
