I took my IX35 in for its 3 year service ( I have only covered 40 000 km of fairly gentle driving ) a few weeks back and they changed the front auto cooler lines.
One blew off during the test run and pumped oil out everywhere.
The technician said they checked the oil as it was a burnt colour and found metal particles in the oil.
Hyundai have now had the IX35 for 2 weeks ( gave me a loan car ) and they rang to say they have had to replace one of the clutch packs plus the solenoid body.
I thought they would replace the whole gearbox but they said it is Hyundai policy in Australia to only replace faulty parts.
Has anybody else had any trouble with there gearboxes?
