Dealer service

Hi guys, after my recent 20k miles service on my i30 I have to say I am some what dissapointed by the level of competence. My service was carried out by ingram in Ayr one of the surge in newer hyundai franchises. few items were covered under a warranty 1- strut bump stops replaced apparently there were too long making noise over bumps 2- front anti-roll bar stabiliser links replaced for a rattle 3- drivers front ball joint replaced because of a split cover. They also had to change brake fluid twice. First time on the service the second because they Were not bled correctly as the were soft upon picking the car up. Was originally told by the service advisor this was because of the new rear pads that were replaced. In my opinion brakes are a seirious safety concern and letting air into system is completely incompetent. Awaiting word from ingrams md after sending a nice letter. Any one else had any major concerns at their local hyundai dealer. Cheers
