Recommended oil Engine 3.3L, 101500 miles

Hi, i bought a Santa fe 2007 Limited 3.3L, it has 101500 miles. the oil needs to be change and i really don't know what kind of oil i should use.

i went to a local store where i used to change oil in my old car and they ask me about the quantity of miles and told me that i can use 10W30 but i suppose that they told me that cause it was the one in stock.

i have not change the oil yet. pliss let me know.
