single mass flywheel trouble

I am trying to find where to buy a "clutch set" for a '01 Santa Fe. The car has already been converted to a single mass flywheel and since worn out the clutch. I have not been successful in locating anyone who sells the clutch set (clutch disk, pressure plate, and release bearing). All I can find are conversion kits that come with the flywheel.

Does anyone know of a source? I hate having to spend an extra $200+ for a flywheel that I already have.
