race dynamics Dieseltronic digital tuning box

Hi,
1. Has anyone installed a dieseltronic box (custom ecu) (Race Dynamics) on a 6-speed 1.4 diesel i20 (sportz) (India)?
2. How was your experience of using it? How good was it (i.e. worth ~20k INR)? Any problems, issues?
3. Does installing this (plug-and-play device) void the warranty? If the device is removed before giving it for servicing, is its use detectable?

I am buying a new i20 sportz 1.4 diesel next month (jan 2014), and I was curious to know if this additional 20k is worth it.
