Door Ajar light and Radio/clock

I got my alternator replaced, but now my radio and clock don't work and the door ajar light stays on. At about one minute intervals, the door ajar light will turn off for a split second and the clock will come on at the same time, and I hear a noise in the trunk, like a lock or something.

Does anyone know what this might be?
