Blue Linc Problem

Hello, I recently took delivery of my 13 Elantra GT. Absolutely love the car...However, since then I have not been able to get the Blue Linc system working. When trying to engage the system in the car it just continues to ring. I have logged onto the Blue Linc website and properly registered the car. The site tells me "We are unable to complete your request because the vehicle information is not available". I have made numerous calls to the Blue Linc number. Two trips back to the dealer in which the telematics control unit was replaced during the last visit. The dealer is now telling me I have to call Blue Linc. They have done all that they can do. I did so...again and still awaiting a single return call from Blue linc. Any suggestions would help at this point.
